Children with chronic stress may suffer from long term negative psychological impacts. Research showed that these children have greater risks for psychological disorders such as depression, anxiety, and panic attack as well as addiction and relationships issues in the future. However, many of these mental health problems can be prevented and manage by developing their resiliency against stress. This month's mental health webinar will go into depth on these issues.
